- 1 Avocado
- 2 tbsp Sesame seed (If you have, black and white sesame half and half)

- 3 tbsp Soy-sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin (Japanese sweet cooking sake)
- 4 Tbsp Dashi Broth
- 2 tbsp Sake (rice wine)
- 1/2 tsp Clear honey
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Wasabi paste
- 1tsp Lemon juice
- Oil for frying
- Mayonnaise (optional)

- Tuna should be cut into 2cm strips. Refrigerate it until you’re ready to use it.
- Marinade the tuna with 1/3 of the sauce (make sure it’s cold), then add the sesame seeds after a few minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the oil, and then cook the tuna’s surface.

- Tuna should be cut into large chunks. Cut the avocado into the same size cubes as the tuna and combine with it.
