Linaza simply means flaxseed in English
Generally, including linaza (flaxseed) in your diet is of great benefits to your health and done in different ways such as:

This recipe calls for ground flaxseed (also called flaxseed meal or flaxseed flour), whole flaxseeds, water, an egg, agave nectar, lemon juice, baking powder, baking soda, salt, maybe fresh blueberries and a few other ingredients.

How to make Linaza Pudding (Flaxseed Pudding)
To make Flaxseed pudding, your main ingredients are: 1 cup ground flaxseeds; 2 cups milk of your choice- or even water; sweetener if you care; 2-3 dates pitted and diced; 1 mashed banana, 1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup and a pinch of salt.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground flaxseeds and milk.
- Add a touch of salt and your preferred sweetener (optional).
- Allow 30-60 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator for this to solidify into a pudding-like consistency.
- Alternatively, you could combine whole flaxseeds with all other ingredients for 30-60 seconds in a blender, then portion and chill until solid.
- Top with all your favorites and enjoy!

- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs.
- Whisk together the milk, vanilla, sugars, and oil until smooth and blended.
- Whisk in the other ingredients until they are completely mixed.
- Using a big cookie scoop or a spoon, evenly distribute the batter among the twelve muffin cups.
