- Self rising flour
- 2 cups of Milk
- 1 tbs cinnamon
- 1 green capsicum
- Sliced onion springs
- 2 carrots

- Cut ingredients into small cube shapes, carrots you can grate them
- Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl
- Break the eggs and whisk them, then add in the dry ingredients

- Add them in the whisked eggs
- Add milk slowly, as you mix till you get a good mixture; smooth, not light but a bit thick and spreadable
- Heat the non- stick pan, spread oil on the pan
- Pour in 1 tbs of cooking oil into your puncake mixture and mix
- Using a ladle scoop the mixture and pour it into the pan spread and allow it to cook
- Let cook till you see the edges dry and bubbles formed turn and allow it to cook on the other side.
- Let one side cook till it becomes brown then turn the other side.
- Remove from the pan
- Repeat the same procedure for the rest of the mixture
- Serve when cold with Tea.
