  • 1 green capsicum
  • Sliced onion springs

  1. Cut ingredients into small cube shapes, carrots you can grate them
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl
  3. Break the eggs and whisk them, then add in the dry ingredients
  4. Sieve flour in a bowl and put in your dry ingredients. i,e, your green capsicum, tomatoes carrots
  5. Add them in the whisked eggs
  6. Add milk slowly, as you mix till you get a good mixture; smooth, not light but a bit thick and spreadable
  7. Heat the non- stick pan, spread oil on the pan
  8. Pour in 1 tbs of cooking oil into your puncake mixture and mix
  9. Using a ladle scoop the mixture and pour it into the pan spread and allow it to cook
  10. Let cook till you see the edges dry and bubbles formed turn and allow it to cook on the other side.
  11. Let one side cook till it becomes brown then turn the other side.
  12. Remove from the pan
  13. Repeat the same procedure for the rest of the mixture
  14. Serve when cold with Tea.
  15. Enjoy
